Who processes the data

Name, phone, email, dates, car and pickup point from the booking form or chat.
Passport and driving licence at pickup. Copies are stored encrypted.
Messages in the site chat, Telegram, Instagram, messengers and email. Call history and call recordings: we announce recording at the start of the call.

To confirm the booking, sign the rental contract, hand over and take back the car, and contact you.
To meet legal obligations: fines, police and government requests.
If you started a booking on the site and did not finish it, to remind you once. After the rental, to ask you once to rate it: the rating and comment help us improve. To stop such messages, just reply to us.
Legal basis: the rental contract, your consent when you send the form, and the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Only the services we work through: email provider, SignalWire (calls, call recordings, SMS abroad), smsoffice.ge (SMS in Georgia), Telegram and Meta (Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram messages), DeepL (message translation when a manager requests it). They receive only what is needed for a message or a call.
Police and authorities only when the law requires. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

As long as needed for the booking, contract and accounting, and no longer than the law requires.
On request we delete it earlier unless the law obliges us to keep it.

The site works over an encrypted connection only. Documents and service keys are stored encrypted.
Only staff have access, each with a personal password.

Necessary: language, currency, form protection against bots. The site does not work without them.
The support chat stores its own cookie only if you allow it or open the chat yourself.
No advertising or analytics cookies.

Ask what data we hold, correct it, delete it or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 10 days.
